How To Cancel Your Subscription

If you have signed up on our website, www.getmomstrong.com, and wish to cancel your auto-recurring subscription follow the steps below:

Please note:  Upon canceling there will be no further charges.  You will still have full access to the site until your current subscription period ends.*

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on your SLAM Dashboard in the top right of your screen.
3. Click on Manage Subscription in the middle of the top of your dashboard.
4. Under My Purchases, Click "Cancel".
5. To verify you have canceled, your subscription will say "Stopped".  It will remain and say "Active" until the end of your current billing cycle.

*Please Note:  We have a strict refund policy.  We do not issue any refunds or partial refunds after a charge has been processed (read more on our article "Refund Policy and Billing")

**In addition, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle in order not to be charged.
